Dream of Metal

I had a dream about Cameron. I'm losing it fast though, so I'm just gonna cover what I can. I know that I was a soldier from the future. Sent back to help Cameron, I don't even think John was on my list of objectives. Just Cam, and she knew me the second she saw me. Her and John were in a running gun fight. I managed 3 quick shots to the chest with my Desert Eagle, and something amazing happened, Cromartie stopped dead. I was confused for a moment, but then I remembered that if a Terminator had taken enough damage to it's chest plate, a lucky shot could fracture it's power supply delivery system. Yeah, the bot ran on batteries, but it still needed a way to transport that battery energy to it's brain. I managed to destroy that system. So Cromartie was frozen like a statue. Cam and I loaded him up, and while we started to dispose of the body, John went inside. I got to talk to Cam on my own, and found out she had been expecting me, even joked that I took longer than I should have. Then she smiled at me and I knew I was done for, my heart belonged to Cameron Phillips; a machine, but at the same time so much more than a machine. Cam is different than any other Terminator, she has human emotions and feelings, she can feel these things, but is easily confused as to their meaning.
In my dream, John and Cam never got close, but Cam got close to me. I don't remember much more, I remember that a spindly, spidery Terminator came back, and it was like a walking Virus. It could only transmit for a few meters, but once it got into any computer driven machine, his Virus would quickly take it over and destroy it. Cam became infected, so much so that her body couldn't be trusted, so I had to remove her chip. It almost ended me there, having to kill her to save her. I took her chip to a hacker friend that John had made on the net, and between the two of them and their friends, they managed to kill the virus and save Cam. I was almost going out of my mind with worry and guilt. I had killed the Virus Terminator, but not fast enough to save Cam. But she didn't blame me, she could send messages to my Cell phone when I was close to her chip, and since I never left her, she could speak to me. At first she sounded so weak, but as she got stronger, I had more hope. One terrifying moment was when a pair of T-888's attacked the power station that controlled the grid power for the building we were hiding out in. The computers were losing power, and if they did, Cam would lose to the virus. So, I basically went on a homicidal rampage, I loaded up with all the armour piercing rounds we had and went hunting metal, I had to save Cam. I finally killed the Terminators, but not before being wounded. Even so, I managed to hunt up a generator and fuel so we could save her. Right before she went into Hibernation, she sent me a message saying she loved me, and I broke down, sobbing it back to her, hoping she could hear me.
Then I woke up, and I feel like crap.
